There are excellent transportation options available near the apartment, located on Trynitarska Street. Public transport is easily accessible, with tram and bus stops nearby, making it simple to explore Kraków’s main attractions.
From the airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the train to the Main Railway Station (Kraków Główny), which takes approximately 20 minutes, and then transferring to a tram (10-15 minutes) or taxi (10 minutes). From the Main Railway Station, trams are available and typically reach the apartment in around 15 minutes, or you can take a quick taxi ride, which usually takes about 10 minutes.
For guests arriving by car, we are pleased to offer a free parking spot on-site. The remote control for the parking gate is provided along with your apartment keys.
We are available to assist guests throughout their stay. If you have any questions, need support, or encounter any issues, you can contact us at any time by phone or through the booking platform. We respond quickly and do our best to resolve everything as efficiently as possible.
We fully respect your privacy – we do not enter the apartment without prior notice, unless required for safety reasons or in case of an urgent maintenance issue. We are also happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and things to do in Krakow.
The building has 24/7 security and monitored common areas.
Access to the underground garage requires the remote control provided inside the apartment. Please return it upon check-out.
Please use the air conditioning responsibly and avoid leaving it on when the apartment is unoccupied for an extended time.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
